jililok reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access real-money gaming features on jililok, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) jililok Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jililok employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, Bonus Balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus funds voided.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jililok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. KYC Verification: jililok is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.
jililok supports the following payment methods for Players based in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Transfer, BDO Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jililok does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jililok accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. jililok aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
Currency: All transactions on the jililok Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jililok does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.
jililok reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason therefor.
jililok offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer.
All games available on the jililok Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to those providers' own game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jililok's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. jililok's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.
jililok is not responsible for any loss of winnings or inability to place wagers arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions on the Player's end. Where a game round is interrupted due to a server-side technical failure, jililok will endeavour to resolve the round fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililok Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jililok Platform — including but not limited to the jililok brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jililok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jililok.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jililok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
jililok's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jililok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jililok collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Closure by Player: You may close your jililok Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Suspension or Termination by jililok: jililok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jililok is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) jililok reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC.
Where an Account is terminated by jililok due to a breach of these Terms, jililok reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance and void any Bonus Balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the reason for termination except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by law.
jililok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jililok will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jililok Platform, you agree to first contact jililok's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jililok will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
Formal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with jililok's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
